With over 30 years’ experience in healthcare, Rochelle brings a calm, thoughtful, and integrative approach to supporting health and wellbeing across all stages of life.

Her professional background began in nursing, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical safety, medical understanding, and working alongside conventional healthcare. Later training as an osteopath, she specialises in cranial and biodynamic osteopathy, and is due to qualify soon as a naturopathic nutritional therapist. This combination allows her to work with the whole person, not by rushing to solutions, but by carefully listening and observing to how the body is responding and understanding the wider health context.

Rochelle regularly supports people with complex and long-term health conditions, including chronic fatigue as a licensed Perrin Technique Practitioner, and stress-related illnesses. She also works extensively with babies, children, pregnant women, and postnatal mothers, adapting care to each stage of development and physiology.

What distinguishes her work is the integration of embodied, hands-on osteopathic treatment with careful clinical interpretation of health history, medications, supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle factors. Her nursing background brings an added layer of safety and perspective, particularly when working with people managing multiple conditions or treatments.

She offers both cranial osteopathy and integrated health reviews, allowing care to be responsive, appropriate, and paced. Some people come for hands-on treatment, others for clarity and reassurance about their broader health picture and many benefit from a combination of both.

Her approach is preventative, evidence-informed, and grounded in respect for the body’s capacity to adapt when given the right support. She works collaboratively, and where appropriate alongside GPs and other healthcare professionals, with the aim of helping people feel more at ease in their bodies and more confident about their health.
