Rochelle brings over 30yrs of experience in healthcare, initially as a registered nurse and then retraining as an Osteopath.

Since qualifying she has continued her post graduate studies in the  cranial osteopathy approach and has a special interest in treating babies, children and complex health issues.

Eli Matthews

Eli qualified as a structural Osteopath from Swansea university in 2020. He treats a wide range of conditions from age-related aches and pains to sports injury. Eli uses his skills to structurally analyse the body and applies treatment using mobilisations, manipulation and soft tissue massage.

Bev Boother

Bev is a five elements acupuncture and moxibustion practitioner.  She graduated from The Acupuncture Academy with a distinction for the three year licentate and commendation for her clinical skills.  She is a member of the British Acupuncture Council, the UKs largest regulatory body for acupuncture practitioners.  They guarantee high standards of training, safe practice and code of conduct.
